SpeakReal provides modern conversational English practice, group discussions, and communication support designed to help learners build fluency and speaking confidence. Our services include:

• One-on-One Conversation Sessions: Private tailored speaking practice with an experienced facilitator.
• Group Conversation Sessions: Interactive online discussions with learners from diverse cultural backgrounds.
• Personalised Learning Support: Guidance in vocabulary, pronunciation, business English, and interview preparation.

2. Minimum Age & Learner Eligibility

SpeakReal's adult conversation programs are designed primarily for learners aged 18 years and older. Learners under the age of 18 may only register and participate with the explicit consent and oversight of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Booking Procedures & Payment Terms

• All session enquiries and bookings are scheduled directly through our official website forms or direct contact with SpeakReal Support Team.
• Specific session rates, package fees, and payment methods will be clearly communicated and agreed upon before session confirmation.
• Where applicable, payment must be received prior to session commencement unless explicit alternative arrangements are made in writing.

4. Learner Conduct Rules (Group & Individual Sessions)

SpeakReal welcomes learners from all international and cultural backgrounds. To maintain a safe, judgment-free, and respectful learning environment, all learners must strictly adhere to the following conduct rules:

• Respectful Interaction: Treat facilitators and fellow global learners with dignity, kindness, and cultural respect.
• Prohibited Behaviour: Discrimination, hate speech, harassment, abusive language, inappropriate visual content, or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated.
• No Unauthorized Recording: Learners may not record (audio, video, or screenshot) any group session or share another participant's personal information without express written consent.
• Removal from Sessions: SpeakReal reserves the right to immediately remove any participant who violates conduct rules without refund.

5. Media & Recording Consent

SpeakReal does not record or publicly publish session interactions without separate, explicit written consent. Any marketing consent (such as testimonials or photos) is strictly voluntary and distinct from session participation.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this website-including logo graphics, written materials, session frameworks, and branding-is the exclusive intellectual property of SpeakReal and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission from SpeakReal.

7. Service Availability & Technical Requirements

Online sessions require a stable internet connection and compatible device (computer, tablet, or smartphone). SpeakReal is not responsible for session interruptions caused by technical issues or internet outages on the learner's side.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable commercial laws, SpeakReal and its facilitators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from website use or session participation.
